Pestend for professionalism and peace of mind!! I had used Abell 16 years ago for carpenter ants when we first moved into our home and so recently, when a more urgent issue arose, and my endless calls and discussions resulted in misinformation and a lack of response over several weeks, I was furious with Abell. The delay made matters so much worse. Then I called Pestend and there was a compassionate and knowledgeable person to educate me on my options which was nice to hear and they sent Nabeel to come and inspect my home next business day. I felt quite comfortable with Nabeel as he was very patient and reassuring. He gave helpful reminders on what and what not to do knowing this was a very stressful experience. Nabeel was thorough during inspection and I followed his treatment recommendations. During treatments, Nabeel went over and above to inspect and treat our home. I was very happy with the level of care taken and attention to detail during treatment. He made himself available to any questions we had within minutes of messaging him. It's been two and a half weeks since the last treatment and I can breathe again. Thank you so much Nabeel!!!

Truly a God sent. I was dealing with bed bugs for almost 3 months. I hired a local exterminator because they were affordable. All 4 treatments were completely ineffective. I got an assessment by Pestend and was blown away by their attention to detail. Zac wore appropriate protective gear and thoroughly inspected every crevice of my blinds with a flashlight, took the drawers out of my dresser, and explained to me that the "heat treatment" the last company did (using a steamer) would not accomplish anything. He also told me that he couldn't see any residue of the supposed dragnet treatment I had recieved the day before. I recieved 3 different treatment options and thorough details by email. I got a REAL heat treatment on the Monday Labour day long weekend. It was very expensive, but well worth every penny. He prepared the home and showed me everything he was doing, step-by-step. He also thoroughly sprayed my car and explained how Apprehend works and what to expect in the following week. Very professional and courteous. I'm so happy to say it's been 4 days and I haven't seen a single bug. I'm still getting their follow-up treatment next week, but I can now actually sleep at night. I wish I had invested in this treatment the first time so I never had to throw out all my furniture and waste so much precious time. Bed bugs take a huge emotional toll. I felt unsafe in my own home, unable to relax or get a proper night sleep. I'm sure I'll still be paranoid about every little speck of dust or draft of wind on my skin for many months after this, but I'm so happy the infestation has finally come to an END. These guys are the real deal!
Had squirrels in my attic for years, we tried everything ourselves and couldn’t get them out. Finally came across Pestend. Kami and Amjad came really quickly and assess the situation, put in the one way door, checked the entire roof for risky spot. The squirrels finally left and left our attic alone. I was dealing with bug infestation in my kitchen and basement for a long time. I tried so many places but there was no solution except I lost a lot of money, then I was referred to Pestend by a family friend. Service is amazing, starting from the inspection until the complete extermination everything went very well. cockroach issue came up at our kitchen.We called them as i got reference from my sister because she used their service and was much happy with the result.They did two visit treatment and gave us work warranty for three month.They killed all cockroaches .We did not see any cockroach since after their first visit.I will Highly recommend thier service

We got some mice problem at our home .we searched pestend and book an appointment.Mansoor came to our house .Before starting his job, he did detail inspection of house inside and outside.showed us broken pipe ,that might be cause of initial problem .He was very calm and polite person .He did treatment in detail at all over the house.We saw very good result in 2 weeks.i will refer pestend as best company for pest problem
