We opened our shed after a vacation to find a massive wasp nest. We had a hidden wasp nest inside the ceiling of our porch and it was becoming a nuisance. So we went looking for a professional to take care of the problem and decided on Pestend. So glad we did! They were easy to communicate with from the start and when Sheraz arrived for our first consultation/treatment, I knew they were the right choice. He was so pleasant to deal with and explained everything very calmly and thoroughly. I never felt rushed or dismissed and his answers were clear and genuine. After he finished the treatment - he handed me his card and asked me to reach out if necessary. When we weren’t sure if an area was missed in the pesticide treatment of the nest - without hesitation - he came back a few days later, free of charge, to investigate and retreat the area. The nest and wasps are now gone and we can enjoy our porch peacefully again. Thanks again Sheraz - you are amazing at what you do! Please keep up the good work and attitude! We used the services of Pestend Pest Control in Brampton for rodent issues. Shiraz was dispatched to our house for the initial inspection and treatment. He was very thorough with his inspection and provided us with detailed advice on how to stop mice from entering from the exterior of the house. He continued with treatment by laying bait traps around the exterior perimeter of the house as well as in the problem areas inside the house. It has been approximately a month since the initial treatment - and Shiraz has returned for the monthly maintenance of the bait traps. So far all the mice issues have been resolved. We truly appreciate the expertise and great customer care from Shiraz - and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!

Sheraz came to our unit and inspect the bedroom. Apparently some of the unit from our building is having a bedbug infestation and our unit has been reported to have one. So I asked for a second opinion from this company and the lady that I spoke with customer service was very nice. She saw the urgency of my need that the inspection needs to be done before the management will impose a treatment according to their report. Sheraz came, inspect the bedroom for almost an hour from bedsheets, pillow, pillowcases, rails, bed and found nothing. The guy that our management sent, only took 5minutes to check the bed, checking just one corner that is why I'm amazed with the service. Having a report with bedbugs infestation caused us a lot of stress for 4days and having Sheraz inspect our unit gave us peace of mind. Thank you so much and I will definitely recommend your company to our friends and families.

I would highly recommend Pestend Pest Control. We had an exceptional experience with the technician Sajjad and the company overall. I say this because previously we had hired another company to come deal with the bed bug issue we had, it wasn't even 3 weeks and those pesky bugs came back, all that money spent was a waste. We decided to hire Pestend and the experience was day and night compared to the other company. I regret not hiring Pestend from the very beginning. The communication and steps taken was beyond my expectation. I'm in day 14, no bites and no activity of any bed bugs. A second mandatory treatment has been completed and I feel relieved that I do not have to got through that nightmare I previously experienced. Pestend Pest Control Brampton for the win!

The process was extremely easy and efficient. Taimur was an amazing individual who gave us excellent service.

Pestend were really responsive and helpful. Had an issue with raccoons invading our roof. Pestend installed a door. After a week, the raccoons made a new entry. Pestend returned and added an extra grate over the soffit to secure the area at no additional charge. Hopefully never have to call them again, but if I have to, I will definitely give these guys a call.

I Would like to share the service that i had received for our trouble with bees. We had been Struggling to get rid of the bees that were in our backyard and tried everything we could but nothing worked. The representative I spoke to was polite, she informed me of the process and what was expected of me. Moe was very experienced not only did he solve my wasp problem but he also explained what he was doing and why.

We called Pestend when we discovered a large bald-faced hornet nest in our front tree. The nest was high, in a tree our kids climb, and hanging over the road where neighbourhood kids play, and we have wasp allergies in our family. Obviously, we wanted it gone before we accidentally disturbed the hornets and someone got hurt. Pestend gave us an appointment at the earliest time possible for us, and advised us what to do/not do in the meantime. Our technician, Moe, called the day of the appointment to confirm the appointment, and gave his anticipated arrival time. Moe got to us when he said he would, answered all my questions about the process and what to expect after, and told me things I didn't think to ask. He was fast, friendly, and professional, and he put my mind at ease about the removal process and the safety concerns I had. He treated and removed the nest, and treated the tree to deter re-building. Because of the size and location of our nest, some hornets that were out of the nest when it was destroyed did return and begin to rebuild, on the branch immediately above the first site. I called Pestend to tell them a new nest was taking shape. The job was warrantied, and Moe returned promptly the following day, for no additional cost. He repeated the treatment and removal; again fast, friendly, and professional. With fewer hornets there at this point, the treatment was successful in ridding us of these pests for good. We would call Pestend again, if necessary, and would not hesitate to recommend Moe to anyone with a similar issue as we had.

Yellow jackets moved in near my entrance doors under the siding with multiple wasps flying in and out every few seconds. I researched local wasp control businesses. Moe our specialist from Pestend is a great guy and really knows what he is doing. We had issues with mice for a couple of years but did not know what to do. He was able to determine the entry point and know exactly where they are running around the home (in walls and attic). We set a trap after 4 weeks and it still seem like the mice isn't completely gone. I was able to text Moe and he was able to come back the 2nd time to confirm the situation. Pest End provides 6 months warranty. Hopefully after a few more weeks our issue will be completely resolved.

I think they did really painless and efficient job eliminating wasp nest that was located above our main entrance. We noticed wasps crawling inside through the soffit. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone. We had noticed the bees for about a three weeks in our basement. Then later on figure out they made they way through the dryer vent and built a hive inside the wall. That`s were we called Pestend Pest Control to help solve our problem. We got a representative coming to our house the next day and about an hour later the job was done. Extremely professional and effective. Very happy bout the result. All in all, a quick fix for a reasonable cost. I'll keep my fingers crossed that they don't return.

Update: returning customer after a fruitful discussion with customer service representative Luke. A beachball size hornets nest 10 ft in my evergreen tree had grown and was housing hundreds of large aggressive hornets. Receiving initial treatment, I was concerned with the continued activity and after some deliberation, and listening to my concern and understanding my perspective, Luke was able to bring forth a resolution. More customer service representatives like him should be recognized for their hard work. Looking forward to having PestEnd back providing nest chemical treatment and taking care of my recurring hornets nest issue.

I had a roach infestation. It was getting uglier by the day. I found Pestend via an online search. Moe was our technician and he did a great job! Although it's not completely gone I do see a huge difference.. Almost 95%. I understand it is difficult to attack all their hiding places but I am going to have it re-done and fingers crossed wouldn't see anymore of them! Will definitely be asking for Moe specifically to be designated my technician for that! He does a great job!!

Moe was a good technician who was very helpful. He found areas where mice can get in. He also put poison in areas where it is kid safe. We haven't seen nor heard a mouse in over a week now. Thanks Moe.

Pest end was very responsive to my inquiry. Moe came by and inspected the whole house and was able to determine any external or I tee all entry points. The solution was child safe and the problem was fixed immediately with no concerns as of yet 🙂 thanks Moe

Great service. They came promptly (same day) and was very efficient and knowledgeable. I have 2 problems with them: 1) I received the service on October 20, 2019 but the receipt that the debit machine printed me was dated October 10, 2010. 2) When I booked the appointment they said they would email me the invoice and they didn't, I had to call them for it which was annoying.

Mo the tech was very pleasant, he provided us with helpful education regarding the treatment procedure. The result of the initial treatment was encouraging. Overall quite professional in his service.

I gave two stars instead of one because, in fairness, the technician found a hole in the roof missed by the first Wildlife company I called. However there ended up being two holes in the roof (the second was found today by another wildlife company that inspected my attic). Also, I still haven't received a receipt, though I've asked for one many times, and was told I would receive one by end of day today (the work was done and paid for on Friday early afternoon, it is now Monday evening).

Went downhill fast. $1200 & 1 year later, still have squirrels, 2 holes in my wall, technicians cancelling, & customer-blaming office managers/staff. So disappointed.

Tech showed up without any tools and cleaning materials. Tech used my tools. He said that he will have to charge more to clean up and his job is to just remove the birds. He said the smeel should go away by itself soon... It's been a month and it still smells. I called the company and was told the same thing that their job is not to.cleanor sanitize... How does that make sense... Am I supposed to call a second person to clean up?... I paid $250 to a guy that did not have tools and came unprepared to do a job. He left a mess everywhere and said please give me a good review. We did not complain earlier because we thought the smell would go away and figured that the birds are gone and it should be good. The company's only response is that they will have the same tech reach out of me... Why the heck would I want the same tech to reach out to me... Very unprofessional... Really disappointing. When you first call them they say they will do everything... Be careful..they will not

Pathetic they think everyone is doing first time in life pest control they spray ur homes and let the roaches and mice come out on u and they will say that is the process will come after 15 days and then see if yet mice or roaches are running on u .. don’t trust these folks at all

I got my property treated for rodent (mice) issue in March 2018 by paying $300. In November (within 9 months) i saw the mice at the same place as last time. So unless you're willing to pay 300$ every 6 months (which is their warranty period), I wont recommend this company for your pest issues.

I had an infestation of roaches due to a challenging tenant situation. Was initially told that they would guarantee the service, even after I told them upfront how bad the situation was. Their response was, don't worry sir, we see this all of the time. This was one of the main deciding factors in selecting them instead of the 5 other companies I had spoken to. Upon arrival, a technician called me to tell me that this was worse than expected, and they now could NOT guarantee service and would have to come out for another visit, which would cost same as the first visit. So at this point, the guy is on my door step, I'm in a vulnerable position, and feel that I have to now go with the treatment. Now, approx. 3 weeks later, they came out again.... it's been about 2 weeks, and still roaches... I called to talk to the manager, who was less than helpful on the phone. After some rigorous back and forth, he basically told me that we were a rare case and isn't his fault it's infested, we should have taken better care of the property. Also, that the best quick fix he could offer would be to rip down the drywall so they could spray more effectively. In my opinion, he should have told me UPFRONT that in some rare cases we can't guarantee the work, and NOT tell me that when you're on my door step. Totally blind sided throughout the entire process. This entire process has been completely misleading, and after almost $900 later, I am still with roaches which will of course keep multiplying. The manager did NOT take any accountability or responsibility except for offering 1 complimentary treatment???? I asked, would that get rid of them... REPLY: No.... So, basically I had to pick 1 star because 0 was not an option.
