I've had great luck with PestEnd, specifically Mr. And. Very knowledgeable and professional and no more evidence of mice inside, and outdoor monitoring continues. Only downside is that there is no advance notice for the outdoor monitoring of rodent boxes, and one is in a locked backyard, but I've happened to be at home both times so it hasn't been too much of a disturbance. Overall, recommend both PestEnd and Abad.

We have a silverfish issue in our house, I got the quote request from website and very next morning they emailed me with all required info. QASIM came for consultation next day. He was very knowledgeable of his work and answered all of our questions. And then we scheduled for 2 days later for treatment. We asked for different places for treatment and he agreed on all of that and explained why some places are not ok to treatment which was making sense because of electricity, etc. Overall, so far I am satisfied with their service, being on time and knowledgeable person and reasonable price. Also 3 months warranty is a relief that They support their services. Hopefully we don’t see no more. I will update about the result

Other exterminators did not provide options for a small infestation.

Exceptional service! Javaid checked everywhere in the house to make sure that there was no entry points and put down all the traps necessary. I would definitely recommend!

Pestend was recommended by a neighbour who had used them for incests. We had a sudden mouse infestation after we no longer had a cat to keep them away. I was panicked as they were bold and eating packaged food left on the counter + in our pantry. I first called another co recommended but they weren’t able to come as soon as Pestend. They had a 6 month warranty whereas Pestend only has 3 but their price is a bit lower. The ability to respond right away was most important to me. The rep, Qasim, explained how the process worked and answered my many questions. He was very thorough. Despite wanting me it may take 3-4 for the mice to be completely gone, the results were immediate. We didn’t have one single mouse (that we were aware of ) for 3 months. Then our basement tenants , who had not had any issues had a mouse who I am pretty sure came in while my husband had their door opened for quite a while, while working on their kitchen. Thankfully it was still within the 3 month warranty (barely) and Qasim came back and refilled the bait traps. I feel quite comfortable that the issue has been dealt with. If they come back again I will have no hesitation in calling Pestend back.

I had a mouse problem in the ceiling of my house and tried to resolve it myself but was not making headway. Javaid came to assess the issue, installed bait stations and pointed out all the areas on the outside of the house where the mice could possibly be gaining entry. I was surprised to learn how high they could climb! After following his recommendations, I finally have not seen any evidence of mice. Thank you Javaid!

5 Stars! We have been using Pestend for a year now! They first came to resolve a bedbug issue we had struggled to deal with on our own for months. One visit from Murphy the dog sniffer, who identified the 2 rooms they were still present, a heat treatment to those rooms (saving us significant money because we did not have to treat the entire house) and no more bedbugs!!! We signed up for the year round protection to treat the house for rodents, spiders and ants and have been very pleased with the service so far. Our home is surrounded of a ravine which leaves us open to lots of outside pests. Ramen has been absolutely wonderful. Thorough and accommodating at every turn! We no longer have to struggle any of these pests! Highly recommend!!

Qasim attended my home on time for a scheduled appointment. I had booked an appointment because a camera in my home captured a video of what I thought was a mouse. When Qasim arrived, he took the time to listen to my concern and watched the video. Because of his expertise, he advised that it was not a mouse but a spider. He explained it to me thoroughly, pointing out how it was not a mouse. He examined my home and was able to confirm that there was nothing to indicate there was a mouse in the house. I also had concerns of roaches in the house; again he examined and explained there was nothing to be concerned about. I would highly recommend Pestend Pest. They are calm and thorough. I was so overwhelmed by the infestation I wanted to throw out my bedroom and burn my living room furniture. No need. Qasim showed up promptly and thoroughly inspected the whole apt. Then he went to work with a heat gun and later sprayed chemicals. I ‘ve had a single bug sighting since and am confident that the second of the two part de infestation will take care of this. Qasim sent me reels of possible problem areas but saved all the furniture minus the headboard. Use Qasim and Pestend Pest for sure results and conscientious workmanship.

Abad is the best technician! Abad, explained we had a bad infestation of cockroachs...He was honest and said it may take more than 1 visit and we may need to fumigate again in 6 months! He really got rid of the problem in the first visit, and I listened to the company's advice and fumigated 6 months later and this time there were barely any cockroachs- I THINK THEY GOT THEM ALL! I'm very happy I chose PestEnd, and its because they do 2 procedures when you book there service, and they are honest IF YOU HAVE A BAD INFESTATION! Their pricing was fair compared to other exterminators, especially for a combined chemical and heat treatment. Javaid helped us and he was very nice and courteous. Two gentlemen came out in a thunderstorm through pouring rain they not only located the entrance to where the swirls were getting into my attic, They also secured the outside of our house (roof) they installed a One way door to make sure any animals stuck in our attic we're able to escape but not get back in. We use pestend service yearly to control earwigs and other crawling insects. This year the rainy weather has made it harder to control the issue. I called pestend for a repeat treatment. Found a bed bug and it was a nightmare. Tried all kinds of powders, treatment and bed covers but they kept coming back. After 3 months of suffering we gave Pest End a call. Nadia was very helpful and her admin staff was always prompt and wrote detailed emails and answered all questions over the phone we had prior to the visit. Nabeel was really polite, provided lots of details, even gave us an extra 45 minutes to do last minute clean up and move. He identified where the trouble area was and gave the first treatment. After the treatment (Heat and spray), a few bed bugs appeared but they ended up dying on their own. The second step treatment resulted no more activity existed and after that we have been fully clear of the bed bugs and extremely happy with the services. Will definitely recommend Pest End to others. The price was comparatively very good.

The administrative staff is very knowledgeable about the pest control process for different types of pests. They also gave detailed instructions on preparing my house for extermination. The exterminators (Waqar for wasps, Javaid for ants) were very professional. The visits always started out with a thorough inspection of the infested areas. Then they provided details on how they would treat the affected areas and provided info on the insecticides that they will use. On 3 separate occasions, the pests were gone within a week. Until found Pestend , Franklin Chen came here and patiently found an external entry point that had not been found before and cleverly found a place to cast bait . Franklin came to my home within the time frame they advised, although he did apologize for being late which is nice, he did arrive within the quoted time frame. He was very thorough with the outdoor inspection. I went along with him and he showed me all the possible areas where a rodent could get into the house. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Explained every step of the process and left his phone number and card for me to contact him if there were any concerns with my rodent problem. It's only been a couple of days since the traps were laid, so I'm not sure if the service worked as advised, but I'm happy with the service thus far! I'll edit this post if there's an issue but, would highly recommend this company.

When we discovered cockroaches in our apartment, it was awful. We tried everything possible to get ride of them - traps, gel, powders. At one point, we were spreading essential oils on everything. Needless to say, nothing worked. We finally called Pestend Pest Control (north york) at a recommendation of a friend, and are so thrilled we did! Javaid was our exterminator and he was incredible and did an amazing job. He was very flexible with time (we had very specific time requests), and listened carefully to our concerns and answered all of our questions thoughtfully. He was responsive on text, and very thorough with the treatments. He also gave us good advice on things we could do to avoid another infestation. After the second treatment, the issue is resolved. We haven't seen any cockroach activity at all. It is really comforting to have our home back, pest-free! Highly recommend this company and Javaid!

I would just like to post a new review of Pestend. I have been using their monthly monitoring service as we had a mouse/rat problem and enlisted the services to tackle this. On tonight's routine visit, I finally had the chance to meet with Franklin Chen, as I was not available during the previous inspections. Franklin is a total pro! He walked me through all the bait station locations, explaining his rationale in the location placement. He opened up each station for me to have a look at, and advised on which stations were seeing High, Moderate, and Low activity. The Low activity stations were relocated to a new spot and the others were topped up with bait. So far a drastic reduction in activity since out initial setup. Very pleased with the services and affordability.

Franklin was kind, professional and through. He went above and beyond. I am so grateful for him and the work he did removing my wasp nest as I’m deadly allergic.
