I called on Monday September 16, 2024 and got same day service for eliminating a rat that entered our home the night before. It was discovered in the cold cellar. The technician Armin had arrived and was very polite and friendly. He explained what the procedure of the service would entail. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Armin showed me step by step what was required and why. He was very professional and patient and found the point of entry that both my husband and I had missed when examining the exterior of our home. All points of prevention for future entry was completed as well as elimination of existing intruder. I am thrilled to say that the rodent was found dead this morning…less than 24 hours after Armin completed his work. Pestend was recommended to me by a friend and I can see why! They provided amazing service during what can be a very stressful experience. The quote was given and appointment was scheduled very quickly and they were able to come within 2 days which was great. I was able to get a morning appointment which was fantastic as I could go to work after since I couldn't be in my home for hours afterwards. The technician Nabeel was very helpful and informative. He asked questions like whether I have kids or pets as extra care should be taken if I did. It has been over a week since the service and so far I haven't seen any silverfish return yet. Highly recommend Pestend. Update: Just short of a year later, I started seeing silverfish again and Nabeel came back to treat my home and provided great service once again. He was informative and said it is unfortunately a structural issue in my building since they keep coming back. I am hoping after this treatment that it will be some time before they come back again. It has been over two months since the latest treatment and so far so good.

I had a raccoon in my attic that entered via a roof vent(it pulled the roof vent cover off and entered). Called Pestend and fortunately they had a team in the area that responded within 20 minutes - this was at the end of the work day as the sun was setting. Unbelievable response. Kami and Roman showed up and were fast to inspect then install/deploy a one-way door over the opening for the raccoon to exit. They also installed cages over the other roof vents to prevent the raccoon from trying to re-enter a different roof vent They explained everything in detail and the work was done promptly. Within 30 minutes of them leaving - I heard the raccoon exiting through the one-way door and it couldn’t get back in. Success!!! I was lucky the raccoon was pregnant but had not delivered her babies yet. Kami and Roman had a plan if that had happened. Highly recommend this company. My roof is now rodent-proofed and they returned to remove the one way door and reinstall the roof vent cover with a cage over it. These guys work hard and are respectful. I had a family of raccoons somewhere inside my house making a lot of noise all day. I called Pestend who was able to schedule a visit the very next day. Kami and Roman came by. They assessed the house internally and externally and found the location of the raccoons, at the bottom of a chimney. They provided a few options of solutions for me to choose from. For all options they assured me that they would ensure that the raccoons would be gone and that it might take a couple of follow up visits. They tried one way which didnt work out, then tried one of the other options, which required a follow up visit to cover the chimney so that the raccoons wouldnt return. It was initially scheduled through the main office for nearly a week later, but the next day i received a call from Kami and Roman suggesting that they could come by within 30 min. Of course! They finished the work quite quickly in both phases. The pair overall worked really well together and worked efficiently to source the problem, and execute the solution. To top it off, they were also very polite. I'll definitely use them again!

We had pharaoh ants coming in from a neighbouring unit and called Pestend for a consultation. Once we realized our traps weren't getting rid of them, we called for a treatment and Javaid did a very thorough job of putting the poison everywhere even though the ants were only in one part of the unit. He was very quick and professional and answered all our questions. Within 3 weeks, the ants were gone and haven't come back since.

Hard to find people who really value customer's satisfaction. Had a misunderstanding on the warranty period. They came back, did treatment for the roaches again and explained the course of action if the problem persist.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kami and Amjad from Pestend. My property had a raccoon living in the attic and it made a hole in my roof and tore apart the shingles. I was very concerned about water leaking and other damage that the racoon would do to my home. Kami and Amjad inspected the roof and provided a detailed explanation of how they would build a one-way door to trap and then remove the animal. They successfully caught and removed the animal without any issues. On top of that, they proactively repaired the roof shingles and provided pictures of their excellent work. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations! 🙂. I am very pleased with their workmanship and professionalism. Also their prices are very reasonable and fair.

We heard noises in the attic and called Pestend. Tooba was very helpful in booking the appointments. The servicemen, Kami and Amjad, did a thorough examination of the roof, attic, and surrounding areas. With their vast experience, they identified squirrels had found their way into the attic. I had a good experience receiving services from Kami and Ayaz. They listened to my concerns about rodents behind the drywall, asked questions so that we could find the best course of action. During the inspection they found the possible access points the rodents were using, and on a short further consultation, they sealed those access points. Pestend is an honest and reliable company. I was able to get service the very same day. The service technician Gill did a very thorough inspection of my home including walking on the roof and checking all the vent openings. he even showed me pictures and video. After not finding anything on the outside he climbed into my attic and inspected that too. We were hearing noises coming from up there and in our walls. Gill confirmed, once again with photos that we had a mice problem(not squirrels or raccoon's in our attic. Hopefully today's treatment will take care of that, and he pointed out several spots where the mice could be getting into. He was thoughtful, honest, and kind. I paid $250+tax.

Zack arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of my bathroom and attic due to suspicion of flies. He did not see any the determined the issue to be an invisible wasp nest inside the roof. We had an ant infestation and did all the home remedy tactics: pouring vinegar, buying ant traps, pouring hot water, etc. Didn't work. The ants were too deep underground. So we called the pros. They were very helpful in explaining the process, and Zack was very courteous when he came to spray our house. Respected our belongings, diligently sprayed all cracks around the house. Not the cheapest price, but not overly expensive either - you pay for what you get, and the service is excellent. We haven't had any resurgence of ant infestations since we first sprayed in early June, and it's now the end of July. The admin on the phone who processed my payment did try to push a monthly treatment plan after the first treatment, which wasn't necessary, but it was easy to turn down. Thanks Pestend for your help. Zack came to our house for an inspection. He is very patient and thorough. To give us a peaceful mind, he went above and beyond to inspect every possible places inside and outside the house to assure us we don't have a problem. He also took precautions to prevent the problem just in case. He also read previous notes from other technicians thoroughly to give us a very sensible explanation. We have hired another company and dealt with 3 technicians so far, Zack definitely amazed us with his professionalism, diligence and dedication. It is really good and effective pest control service. Since last 2-3 month I was seeing lot of small and big cockroaches specially in night after lights off. But Zack gave us relief from it. I had a gentlman naseer come and do the work for us at my house. When he arrived he was punctual and very detailed in his inspection and his work. After 1st treatment my wife and i saw a big difference and after the 2nd we have had no issues. Overall i would reccomend this company as well as naseer himself to do this job anytime.

They were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Work well done and they suggested preventative measures but I found that it was a bit too pricey, would have preferred to have spent less.

I had them in for the rodent inspection and I was really hoping they would put in the time to find entry points but they did not. For $300 they came and placed 4 traps. 2 months later the bait is all eaten up and I still have mice. Unfortunately this is not a solution as the mice will just keep coming back forever and I will have to keep having pestend return to refill the traps. The guy was nice when he came but not willing to do anything except lay a trap. Was barely willing to bend down to look under the deck and I had to ask him to put the traps out of site under the deck so my kids can’t access it. He thought out in the open was sufficient. Overall I expected a permanent solution which I tried to be clear about but they were not interested. Response to owner: thank you for the response. As an update, I found the entry point which was covered with the grey residue left by mice passing through. There was a hole about the size of a baseball at ground level on my property right in my foundation. This was missed by 3 of the technicians who came through here. I have since patched it up myself and no sign of mice in over a week. You are welcome to pass by and see where the hole is anytime.

Experiencing mice issues in my home and contacted PestEnd because of their great reviews. The technicians are well educated on the matter and explained everything very well but unfortunately 3 months and 2 visits later we still have signs of mice activity. Will be looking to get a refund despite their 6 month guarantee. The downside with this company is their customer service reps are rude. Any time I contact someone in the evening they always tell me “their system is down and to call in the morning.” 2 star only because of the techs being so informative but it’s unfortunatel that they weren’t able to get rid of my mice problem. The customer service reps can learn a thing or two on how to be more courteous.

The chemical treatment for bed bugs was expensive and ineffective. The technician said they didn’t find any beg bugs after the second treatment but my family is still suffering from bites. This has caused a lot of distress for me and my family. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Exterminator came in twice for bed bug treatment now the problem is worse then before! had to go with another company. Hopefully they get the job done right. With cost for treatment and paying for a hotel room twice, plus time preparing my apartment a lot of time, money and energy was wasted. With the situation as is now, you would not think I had any treatment done at all! Overpriced and waste of money. It's like flushing 550 bucks down the toilet. Would not recommend. Worst part was they couldn't offer a guarantee (which I can understand) but told me if the 2 treatments don't work I could get a 3rd treatment on a reduced fee. If it didn't work twice, not going to pay for a third time. I'll try my luck with another company that actually offers 6 months guarantee. Thanks for nothing.

Used Pestend January of 2019 for a problem I was facing in my attic. The guy that came over was nice enough, he threw poison in the attic and in the garage and gave me small advice on where the mice were coming in from but nothing major. I showed him a hole that I asked if the mice could be coming in from and he said he didn't think so. Anyway, he left and I covered up some holes that I suspected. The mice problem ended but that would not be the last of it. I am now facing the same issue as the year before. The reasoning is because they don't do anything to stop the issue, all the do is try and kill what is already there. Sure the service probably works if you want to call them back every few months but a end all be all solution is not what this is. I paid $300 for some poison pellets I could have purchased myself for 20 bucks. Had to come and give a lower star review because my email with my concerns was completely ignored last month.
