I had a very new problem with mice. Taimur arrived promptly and was extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. He took the time to thoroughly explain what he was looking for and how he would treat any areas of concern and he answered any questions I had with patience. Following treatment of areas of concern he also closed off a potential entry point from the outside and why indoor entry points shouldn’t be closed. He explained what I should be looking for in the days ahead and the time frame. It’s been a couple days since he was here and there has been no new evidence. First I would like to thank the company for sending out someone within 40 minutes of my call. It was 3 days before Christmas when I notices mice dropping under my sink and I was entertaining for Christmas. Tuyyyab came in - he was pleasant and informative and so reassuring. He took me around the house both inside and out and showed me what I can do to make sure this didn't happen again and then proceeded to do his job. He also followed up a few weeks after to see how things were going- this was a first for me! I could not be happier with the level of service received and the reassurance given by Tuyyab.

Service representative was courteous and professional. I was informed well ahead of time of their arrival. Checked my property quickly identifying problem spots. Placed bait traps strategically throughout my property. No signs of mice after 3 weeks. Followed up after a month and refilled some traps in my garage. Overall very pleased with service and results.
