Most Professional
I was looking for pest control companies on Google after seeing a mouse in my house last weekend. I made a few calls and found Pestend to be the most professional and responsive: the two key aspects I am looking for. They were priced well and had a promotion but was very impressed with Sharda and our technician Faraz. He was very knowledgeable and not only did he take the time to walk through my home, he educated me on prevention methods. Would highly recommend!

Graciously
Pestend has graciously helped us with our infestation of mice inside our home. Not only did they found various droppings but also knew the entry ways they have come in and out our home. They knew exactly what to do to further the situation. With their guidance we are currently updating those changes and will see how those changes progress. Thanks Pestend for your help and services!

Amazing
I started with Pestend over a year ago and have no reason to try anyone else. The first thing I like about them is the flexibility to pause and continue the service as I see fit. My initial problem was rats and mice and as such there are times (based on Pestend's recommendation) that the service isn't needed, and I LOVED that they are open with that kind of advice. The best part though is the service. Praful came the first time and he was amazing, but better yet, he is assigned to my house so I always get the same person coming each time, which not only helps with the efficacy of the treatments, but allows me to know the person and tailer my needs without starting over each month. They even freely share their tech's cell phone numbers so I can communicate with them directly in order to personalize the service. It truly feels like I have "a guy" when it comes to pest control.

We have an old house that was heavily infested with mice for a long time. We called Pestend and had technician Naseer come to our house. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and pointed out all the entry points both from the inside and outside of the house including the attic. He placed all the bait in the right areas and gave advice on how to prevent further infestation. Shortly after his service, there were no more signs of mice droppings or noises at night. We highly recommend Pestend and technician Naseer.
Highly Recommended
Tried to catch the mouse by myself for 2 days and was not successful. Called Pestend at 9 am and Javaid was at my house at 1:15 pm. Javaid was very professional, he really cared about his service and checked every corner inside and outside the house . Highly recommended

Alex is a very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous professional. Firstly, he kept us apprised of his exact arrival time. Next, he knew where to look for mice evidence and was patient in explaining rationales and answering my questions. I recommend him highly!

Very helpful
Quick recap of the scenario: Noticed evidence of mice on at 7am. Called Pestend at 8am that morning – very helpful/friendly response. Their technician, Javaid, showed up at 10am the next day. Javaid thoroughly assessed/treated the house in about hour. We never saw a mouse again. I was very happy with the customer service on the phone, the professionalism of the Javaid, the price of the service, and the outcome.
