Pestend -in general, with Kami and his associate, in particular, could not have been more effective and more courteous in their approach! After a very thorough review of my home in November 2023 and the detailed placement of bait stations, they even provided me with pointers as to how to keep things under control. Kami then did not fail to return, as promised, within a few months to review the status of the stations, and to provide me with more ideas as to maintain the good results we had achieved with his work. Kami and his associate also reviewed how the mice leave the property and truly dealt with all of my concerns in a professional manner. There will be no other service provider in pest control for either myself or my associates or clients, than Pestend and Kami!

Had a great experience with Pestend! Kami and Elnur were a pleasure to work with. They set up the one way door for skunk removal. Throughout the process they answered all my questions and concerns. They did a wonderful job with the door removal and were able to take into consideration the concerns I had. They did a wonderful job, and were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Called and spoke with Sharda who was courteous, professional and kind. She gave me a detailed explanation of what the process was, what I can expect during and post treatment. I advised her that she was the first person I spoke to and I’d need to call around. She emailed me a very detailed quote and I went ahead to call around. I called Sharda right back and booked service. I have already left a quote for my technician but on a whole the company presented very well. I am beyond grateful and happy with the service I received from the moment I called to even after the technician left. Thank you Pestend Vaughan!!

Service representative was courteous and professional. I was informed well ahead of time of their arrival. Checked my property quickly identifying problem spots. Placed bait traps strategically throughout my property. No signs of mice after 3 weeks. Followed up after a month and refilled some traps in my garage. Overall very pleased with service and results.

We had scheduled a wasp removal from another company. The morning before they were to come the wasps made a tiny hole in our bedroom ceiling and were coming through. I called the original company in a panic-they said they were too busy; but gave me the name of Pestend. Pestend called the technicians, who were willing to come after hours. Kami and Amjad were calm, polite and extremely knowledgable. They took the time to assess the situation and decide on best options, which they discussed with me. Based on my experience with this company, I would highly recommend them. They, clearly, got us out of a terrible situation. I am very grateful to them.

After a very disappointing service from another pest control company arranged by our condo management, we decided to try Pestend and they did not disappoint. They spent hours in our home going through every nook and cranny, treating our home for bedbugs. They did a thorough job and we can sleep easily again knowing our home is bedbug free.
