Once a time could be settled on for treatment, Javaid was not only punctual but also well trained as he carried out his inspection focussing on evidence of bed bugs and walking us through his findings. Although we were hoping for the K-9 to be on site, it was not necessary as Javaid pointed out all critical hiding spots and explained the bugs life patterns and what to be on the look out for. The treatments took even less time than expected and Javaid took the time to clearly explain next steps after each visit. When one realizes that there is an infestation, being able to trust that the desired outcome will be achieved was reinforced by Javaid’s calm command of the situation. I could not recommend Pestend more as the problem is now eradicated and our home is back to normal.

The technician’s name was Javaid. He was punctual for the job which was spraying the outside of the property to kill boxelder bugs. I was with him every step of the way explaining to him their hiding places. He was a good listener and sprayed thoroughly to get rid of the infestation. He followed up with a call to find out if the bugs were gone. I appreciated that. He was knowledgeable about his job and answered my questions to my satisfaction.
