Kami took the time to assess the situation and provided treatment for both inside the home and outside. He took the time to listen to my concerns and worked hard to address them.

Nabeel has been thorough, professional, knowledgeable and proactive. We have been using Pestend for the past year. Lots of construction around us and therefore lots of rodent activity We are now "pest free!" Every service call has been on time, with a phone call to alert us of his arrival. Salman was great! He was very knowledgeable and nice each time he came over to ensure the ants were gone! After three visits ants were cleared and he also gave extra traps for preventative measures.

Caught a trail of 3 bites on my right leg when I woke up and was immediately paranoid but couldn’t find anything. When I got another set on my left leg I called Pestend for an inspection thanks to all the wonderful reviews. Javaid came and was very thorough and professional. He took his time and when I thought the inspection was done and he couldn’t find anything, he found a single bed bug shell in the plastic corner of my box spring - it was tiny and I would have never found it if it wasn’t for him. He also checked my living room and couch to also make sure there were no bugs and found my AirPods at the very back which I thought I lost. He was that thorough. Most importantly, he gave me reassurance for my home. He said I caught it early and laid out all the appropriate options for treatment (and was able to accommodate for us so we didn’t have to wait a week). On the day of treatment he was communicative and texted when treatment was finished and when we could go in - followed by another report (which you also get upon the initial inspection). Considering bed bags are an awful experience for any home owner, Javaid made the whole process easy for my family and was able to keep me calm - reassuring me the entire way through. We got treatment over a month ago and not a single bite so his treatment clearly worked - thank you Javaid!
