Although we were hoping for the K-9 to be on site, it was not necessary as Javaid pointed out all critical hiding spots and explained the bugs life patterns and what to be on the look out for. The treatments took even less time than expected and Javaid took the time to clearly explain next steps after each visit. When one realizes that there is an infestation, being able to trust that the desired outcome will be achieved was reinforced by Javaid’s calm command of the situation.
